The Roles and Responsivities of our Quality Assurance Unit

Achieves quality assurance objectives

Achieves quality assurance objectives
by contributing to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying and resolving problems; completing audits; determining system improvements; implementing change.

Overseeing all quality and ISO compliance efforts for multiple facilities and driving quality improvement
Administering the Quality Assurance management systems, training and coaching employees, formulating quality assurance policies, conducting audits and issuing corrective action plan reports.

through the development of work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures in accordance with ISO standards.

by conducting hazard analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures; monitoring inventories.
